Hello IJF Attendees,

The International Jaguar Festival Committee, the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix, and the members of the Jaguar Club of Pittsburgh are looking forward to seeing you. FYI, the Friday evening dinner has sold out as has the Rally/Scenic Drive on Thursday, and the Concours d’ Elegance on Saturday is fully subscribed. However, other IJF-specific events are open for registration until July 1, 2026, and PVGP events will be open for registration until sometime during the week of July 12, 2026.

• This Event is sold out; if you want to be on a wait list, advise Stu Benson at stubenson3@gmail.com.

• Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres from 6:30 to 7:15 PM with a cash bar. The “CASH BAR” means you literally need to bring “cash” since no credit cards will be accepted by the Pittsburgh Golf Club.

• Dinner Attire: It is anticipated men will wear a jacket (and most will wear a tie but that is optional). Women are advised that the event is “dressy” without it being either formal or casual; this means a dress or nice slacks and top. For everyone: No blue jeans, please.

• Anyone needing special dietary accommodations must arrange those ahead of time; contact Stu Benson at stubenson3@gmail.com.

• Please appreciate this event will necessitate your traveling during rush hour so please leave yourself enough time. Upon arrival, you will be directed to the golf course next to the clubhouse for parking but you can drop off your guest near the entrance to the clubhouse if desired.

Saturday, July 18th

Concours d'Elegance & Marque of the Year Display

• It is recommended you arrive by 6:30 to 8:00 AM if you are in Concours or Display; traffic could be heavy due to road closures for demolition of a bridge on I-376 (the “Parkway East”) that day with detours impacting our travel route to Schenley Park.

• Concours d' Elegance - “Rags down” by 10:00 AM; the Concours is fully subscribed.

• Marque of the Year Display: It is strongly advised that each car owner should bring at least two wheel chocks to put under wheels since cars will be parked on a golf course with elevation changes and it is recommended not to rely solely on a parking brake to avoid any car rolling away and hitting something/someone.

IF ANYONE DESIRES TO BRING A TRAILER WITH THEIR CAR AND WISHES ASSISTANCE OF THE IJF AS TO WHERE TO PARK IT, A TRAILER INFORMATION SHEET NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED TO THE CHAIR OF EITHER THE CONCOURS OR DISPLAY WELL PRIOR TO JULY 18th SO THE TRAILER PARKING COMMITTEE CAN LOCATE A SPOT FOR YOUR TRAILER AND PROVIDE CONFIRMATION AND A PLACARD AND WHEN TO ARRIVE.
